Terms & Conditions for cricrex

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cricrex ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the cricrex website, its mobile-optimised interface, all games and sports betting markets, payment processing services, promotional programmes, customer support functions, and any other services provided by cricrex now or in the future.

By accessing cricrex, registering a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. You further confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

cricrex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document. If you object to any change, you must cease using cricrex immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active cricrex account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You are accessing cricrex voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, professional gambling operation, or affiliate scheme unless explicitly authorised by cricrex in writing.
• You do not have an existing cricrex account that has been suspended, restricted, or closed for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
• You have not self-excluded from cricrex or any affiliated platform and been subject to a current self-exclusion period.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of cricrex or any of its technology, game, or payment partners.

Age Verification

cricrex conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a national identification card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identity document. Verification may also be requested before any withdrawal is processed, regardless of the account age.

If verification documents are not provided within the timeframe specified by our compliance team, cricrex reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all deposits refunded to the original payment source, and any winnings generated on the account voided in their entirety.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on cricrex. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account with cricrex, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid, active email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• Your current residential address within Bangladesh.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. cricrex will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility until such time as you report a compromise of your account credentials to our support team in writing.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your cricrex account at any time by contacting our support team at support@cricrex. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any positive balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus balances. cricrex reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cricrex accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified and approved payment channels. The platform is designed for the Bangladeshi market, and as such our primary payment infrastructure centres on mobile financial services widely used across the country.

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time on an account.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• cricrex reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cricrex offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 18 and above only.
• Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

cricrex is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all winnings, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Fraud and impersonation: Creating an account using false identity information, impersonating another person, or providing forged verification documents.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on cricrex, whether under the same or different identities.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, chip dumping, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker or coordinating bets on the same event through multiple accounts.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, software tools, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with any game on the platform.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in any game, software, or payment system for financial gain.
• Money laundering: Using cricrex as a vehicle for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime. cricrex cooperates fully with relevant authorities and may report suspicious activity as required.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering activity.

cricrex employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. All game outcomes are recorded and may be reviewed at any time. Decisions made by cricrex regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on cricrex — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, code, databases, promotional materials, and any other creative or technical elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of cricrex or its licensed technology and content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use cricrex solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from cricrex without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any game or software element on the platform.
• Use cricrex's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of cricrex's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. cricrex reserves the right to take all available legal action to protect its intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

cricrex provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, security, and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

Platform Availability

cricrex shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, server downtime, network outages, or any interruption to service outside of our direct control. This includes connectivity issues experienced by players using Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or any other Bangladeshi mobile network operator.

Game Results

All game outcomes on cricrex are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems operated by our licensed game providers. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents a valid result from being recorded, cricrex reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. No additional compensation will be payable.

Financial Losses

Gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. cricrex accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of their wagering activity. Players are solely responsible for their own gambling decisions. You should never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose, and you should make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.
